The year started at Christmas in SEATTLE ;) where I spent some time with my ‘American’ grandmother and family. For me it was the first American Christmas but I enjoyed hanging out in casual clothes, having breakfast and catching up with my cousins on the 25th.
Sandra came and with her the fun... It was very exhausting having her there because we were partying all the time, discovered LA, Venice Beach, went up to San Francisco and celebrated Thanksgiving together. The lemons in our backyard contributed to our favorite drink that we had for every occasion: Martini Rossi on the Rocks with a piece of lemon. Yum!
Finally I made it to Hermosa Beach, CA. I like it here, I meet mostly pretty laid-back and relaxed people. The first thing I’ve bought is a beach cruiser, a bike only made to cruise along the boardwalk next to the beach. Besides bikers, there are lots of joggers, skaters and bladers. Those healthy Californians...
